Dear Valued Customer, Congratulations on your ownership of one of the finest automobiles on the road today, and welcome to the Service department of Audi Chandler. Our dealership mission is to provide you with a premium level service experience. Our goal is to exceed your expectations in both customer care and in maintaining your Audi vehicle to the highest standards. Following the Audi Factory recommendations will ensure that your Audi stays in optimum condition and your ownership experience is both pleasurable and rewarding.
For your convenience, it is recommended that you schedule service by phone, email, or online. We provide 24 hour complimentary alternate transportation in appreciation of you patronizing our dealership. We would like to take this opportunity to review our alternate transportation policy with you. A loaner vehicle will be provided for: • Customers who have scheduled an appointment for repairs taking longer than two hours to complete can receive complimentary alternate transportation from the time/date of his/her appointment. Exclusions: • A free loaner car does not apply to accident related repairs, body damage, flood damage, etc. Customer Responsibility: • Full insurance coverage (most vehicle policies cover loaner vehicles, please contact your insurance agent to be sure). • You must be 21 years old to qualify for this service. • The driver of the loaner vehicle will need to present a valid drivers license and have proof of insurance and major credit card. • Please inspect the vehicle before leaving the dealership. • Fuel used during loaner period. • All traffic and parking tickets are the responsibility of the driver. • No smoking in loaner vehicles. • Vehicles must be returned within twenty-four hours of notification. After that time period, the customer will be responsible for all charges. • Any damage, including damage to tires (flat) is the customer’s responsibility.
